About Us
We built the farm in 2005. The horses moved in to the new farm November 2005 from our previous facility in Victor, New York. It took us a long time to find the perfect piece of property in the Saratoga area. We have been raising horses in New York for 25 years. We have had many successful horses that we have raced in New York State. We foaled and raised New York Horse of the Year Mr. Groush. The farm is 100 acres located at 290 County Route 75 in the town of Stillwater. Our main barn is a block barn with rubber matting on the floors and walls. We have cameras in some of our stalls to monitor foaling. We have quarantine facilities. We also have a Eurociser and turn out pens. We have very spacious paddocks with automatic water. All soils are tested each spring and fertilized to reach the optimum growth and health for the horses. Our main focus is the horse. We want to give them every opportunity to be the best they can be.
We are very excited about this venture. The increased percentages coming from the VLT’s that will be operating at Aqueduct will enhance the New York Bred Program even stronger than it already is. The purse structure in New York should increase dramatically. The future looks bright for well bred and well raised New York breds. We are looking to raise many more champions in New York.
